At Shinedown, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
